MAC Technician

Competitive Range Solutions LLC is seeking a skilled MAC Technician to join our team. As a MAC Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting the program's executive support group by providing expert technical support for Moves, Adds, and Changes (MACs) in the Department of Defense (DoD) technical enterprise.

• Execute MAC activities, including activations/deactivations, installations, relocations, and upgrades of network and communication equipment.
• Provide technical support for VLAN configurations, VPN Routing and Forwarding, extending VLANs, and other network configurations within the DoD accreditation boundary.
• Manage service request tickets for all assigned MAC tasks, including installations, activations, modifications, and deactivations.
• Maintain accurate records of all MAC activities, ensuring the tracking system is up to date for customer and government oversight access.
• Participate in analyzing recurring problems related to MACs, aiding in identifying and resolving issues to improve service quality.

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably within a network or telecommunications environment.
• Familiarity with network configurations, including VLANs, VPNs, and other related technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and clients.
