Construction Scaffolding Laborer - Professional Sports Events

We are seeking a skilled Construction Scaffolding Laborer to join our team at InProduction, a leading provider of temporary seating, staging, structures, and scenic production for the U.S. live events industry.

This is a full-time position that requires daily routine work in scaffolding structures at various professional venues, including football and soccer stadiums, baseball fields, tennis courts, golf courses, hockey rinks, and racetracks.

• Build and break down scaffolds, install ladders, walkways, and handrails
• Assist in the safe and efficient installation/removal of equipment according to project-specific plans and layouts
• Inspect scaffold components prior to assembly
• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and materials
• Load and unload equipment and materials from trucks and vehicles
• Study plans and equipment lists before on-site installation
• E nsure proper safety measures are followed, including wearing and using safety equipment
• Maintain fall protection requirements while erecting/dismantling scaffolds
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment properly at the end of each shift
• Ensure client satisfaction regarding the quality of service and finished product within planned time schedules

• Background check and drug screening required
• Valid driver's license preferred, with a good driving record
• Familiarity with basic hand tools, drills, saws, hammers, etc.
• Ability to work at heights without fear
• Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals
• Able to lift up to 75Ibs
• Must be able to read and understand basic safety instructions
• Candidates from a scaffolding, carpentry, construction, laboring, or events background are preferred
• Must be capable of working overtime
• Preferred but not required: Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)

The estimated salary for this position is $18-$25 per hour, based on location and experience.
