About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Littleton, Massachusetts, providing exceptional home health care services to clients in their homes.

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity with flexible schedule options, offering comprehensive benefits and premium pay.

As a Weekend Home Health Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories, following a designated care plan, and performing assigned duties such as administering medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.

You will monitor clients' conditions, report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager, and follow up with doctors' orders. Your duties will also include case management and coordination, accurately documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touch pad tablet.

Requirements
  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000-$85,000, depending on experience.
