Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for managing all aspects of the nursing process, delivering patient-centered care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient preferences and needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
- 2+ years of experience in behavioral health nursing, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Valid and current license to practice as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
