The Technical Manager - Electrical Superintendent will oversee project activities, including coordinating commissioning activities, managing equipment startup and commissioning, and monitoring field commissioning for all subcontractors. This role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work professionally and collaboratively with colleagues. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Commercial and / or Industrial project scopes of $15M value or more, and a strong Electrical background - Data Center experience is preferred. The Technical Manager - Electrical Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring project engineering activities comply with company and contract requirements and support overall construction schedule. This role also requires the ability to work in a matrix organization where business leaders have equal organizational authority. The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to positively influence and motivate all levels of personnel. The Technical Manager - Electrical Superintendent will be responsible for facilitating the scheduling and coordination of Commissioning activities with owner furnished contractor installed vendors, subcontractors, and project superintendents during commissioning. The role also requires ensuring documentation of the testing results from the project's commissioning activities. The Technical Manager - Electrical Superintendent will manage and coordinate issues identified and appropriate resolution by Commissioning team. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the relationship between other functional units and the ability to work in a field office shared by other site personnel. The Technical Manager - Electrical Superintendent will be responsible for providing technical support for construction effort, including participation in construction planning and design, interpretation of design, application of construction methods, resolution and documentation of design conflicts, constructability reviews, and drawing implementation. The role also requires representing company, project and/or department during Architectural/Engineering phase, as well as client and project management meetings. The Technical Manager - Electrical Superintendent will interface all on-site departments as required to resolve problems and ensure quality of construction in support of overall project schedule.
