Job Title: Physical Therapist Travel Assignment

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Lecanto, FL.

About the Job

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility and make a positive impact on the lives of our patients. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members
  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members
  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
  • Monitor and evaluates patients before, during, and post procedure depending on unit
  • Shares on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
  • Maintains cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
  • Transports patients as needed
Requirements
  • One to three years experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
  • Other certifications may be required for this position
  • Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills
