Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Maintenance team at Holiday Inn Fargo. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel's facilities and guest rooms are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized maintenance workshop and storerooms.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inspect and repair or replace damaged or worn items, including heating/cooling units, drywall, light fixtures, and plumbing.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure prompt repairs and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform tasks such as snow removal, basic landscaping, and assisting in other departments as needed.
Requirements
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and remain focused on tasks.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently.
  • Previous experience in building maintenance and working knowledge of heating/cooling and plumbing is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain a composed and professional attitude in all interactions.
