Critical Care Physician Assistant Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Physician Assistant to join our experienced surgical team at a Level II Trauma Center in Santa Barbara County, California.
About the Role:- Provide high-quality care to over 1500 trauma patients annually as part of our emergency department team.
- Manage complex trauma and acute care cases to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with emergency medicine physicians, trauma surgeons, midlevel providers, and support staff to deliver comprehensive care.
- Participate in on-call shifts, working 8 x 24-hour shifts per month.
- A competitive salary range: $140,000 - $160,000 per year, including productivity incentives and an annual CME allowance.
