  • Maintain cleanliness in assigned sections and sanitize work areas according to restaurant standards.
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service by utilizing company resources, verifying identification, and recognizing signs of intoxication.
  • Oversee the guest payment process by handling cash and credit transactions responsibly.
  • Occasionally respond to phone inquiries and assist walk-in customers with takeout orders.
  • Become familiar with the rewards program and manage it in line with company guidelines.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols as per company policy and health regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with bar, kitchen, and management teams to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a serving role is preferred.
  • A passion for customer service and a guest-centric approach.
  • Basic proficiency in computer use.
  • Fundamental math skills.
  • Applicants must be 19 years or older.
