Floral Greenhouse Horticultural Specialist

As a key member of our team at Distinctive Floral Company, you will play a vital role in supporting our team of greenhouse technicians and growers to bring our amazing grown product to customers throughout the region. This means you'll be responsible for planting, weeding, harvesting, clearing flower beds, and preparing product for delivery in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with plants and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and situations. You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and freshness.
In this position, you can expect to work rotating shifts, including mornings and afternoons, with some flexibility to accommodate business needs. You will also be required to work holidays and overtime as needed. With a starting pay rate of $18.50 per hour, bi-weekly or twice monthly, you will be well-compensated for your hard work and dedication.
