The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with medical marijuana, with a deep understanding of growing techniques, soil science, and container systems. They should be knowledgeable about temperature and humidity manipulation, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality cannabis products.

A successful Horticultural Expert - Cannabis Cultivation will possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions in a fast-paced warehouse setting. The candidate must be able to lift 50+ pounds, stand for long hours, and be comfortable wearing PPE at all times.
