KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop Systems Modeling Language (SysML) diagrams utilizing Cameo Systems Modeler.
  • Construct Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) diagrams through Cameo Systems Modeler.
  • Communicate the advantages of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Design customer stereotypes in Cameo Systems Modeler to fulfill program requirements.
  • Generate document templates from Cameo Systems Modeler.
  • Produce CDRL documents from MBSE models, including Requirements, Architecture, and Interface Documents.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and the Program Management Office.
  • Develop, integrate, and simulate models of platforms, systems, and processes.
  • Lead a small team of over 5 engineers in MBSE support for programs.
  • Conduct quality assurance on models created by junior engineers.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6-10 years of experience in Systems Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in creating SysML models, analyses, and simulations using Cameo Systems Modeler.
  • Proficient in generating CDRL documents from MBSE models, including Requirements, Architecture, and Interface Documents.
  • Capability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Note:
US Citizenship is necessary to secure a Secret Clearance.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

  • Degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
  • Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of Systems Engineering and/or MBSE experience, or a Master's Degree with 5+ years of MBSE experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
  • Experience in creating DoDAF and SysML models using Cameo Systems Modeler.
  • Familiarity with developing models using MagicGrid Methodology is a plus.
  • Experience in implementing MBSE on Department of Defense programs.
