Job Summary:

The Residential Installation Plumber at Strada Services is responsible for the installation and inspection of tub sets and trims, as well as the maintenance of water distribution and sanitary plumbing systems.

They will interpret blueprints to ensure adherence to building specifications, inspect drainage and plumbing systems for compliance with regulations, and utilize various tools and equipment to perform plumbing installs and repairs.

Additional responsibilities include training new apprentices in proper plumbing techniques and practices, testing plumbing fixtures to ensure proper functioning, and adhering to state laws and local building codes.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of plumbing installations and repair of plumbing systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain a neat truck and inventory
  • Excellent mechanical skills

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required, with 3 years of plumbing experience and a current driver's license and clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:

Able to climb and work off ladders, physically able to work with tools and equipment, and able to lift 50 pounds.
