Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Dining Room Server to join our team at Morrison Healthcare. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room and take food and beverage orders in an efficient manner.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally, maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards.
  • Follow up periodically to assist with any additional needs or requests.
  • Communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure that orders are delivered correctly and special requests are accommodated.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills and demonstrate ability to get along well with others.
  • Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
  • Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests.
  • Maintain a high level of sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information that is shared.
  • Promptly address complaints or issues and relay relevant information or complaints directly to supervisor.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a food service environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
