Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our commercial insurance clients by handling inquiries, processing policy changes, and managing renewals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing information and assistance related to commercial insurance policies.
  • Policy Management: Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
  • Quoting and Proposals: Assist in preparing quotes and proposals for new and existing clients.
  • Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process, providing support and follow-up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized client files and records.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in commercial insurance, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and coverage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
