We are seeking a highly skilled Cage Cashier to join our team at Calder Casino. As a key member of our cash operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our cash handling processes.

• Assist guests with various cash transactions, including redemption of slots tickets/vouchers and cash advances.
• Perform cash handling duties, including counting and recording assigned funds and making exchanges of funds throughout the shift.
• Provide accurate and courteous service to guests, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional manner.
• Verify and document personal identification information for check and cash advance transactions.
• Complete CTRs, W2Gs, and MTLs as required.
• Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers, and maintain a professional working relationship among all personnel.

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Experience with cashiering or banking is highly preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
