Job Description

Seeking a skilled ServiceNow FSO Specialist to design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop ServiceNow solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow FSO issues
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals
  • Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements
  • Implement ServiceNow best practices
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders
  • Support testing teams for validation of test cases and UAT

Required Skills:

  • Experience in ServiceNow development and administration
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB
  • Experience in Agile concepts, development, and testing methodology
  • Experience in Hardware and Software Asset Management (HAM, SAM) modules
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
