Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Our ICU team provides high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent critical thinking skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering compassionate care. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of professionals who share your commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Assess and prioritize patient needs, developing individualized plans of care to meet their unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care or critical care setting.
  • Current Georgia RN licensure or compact license.
  • CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association.
  • ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
