We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic CT Technologist PRN to join our team at St. David's Surgical Hospital. As a CT Technologist, you will play a vital role in coordinating services and activities specific to the Imaging area, ensuring efficient patient throughput and effective utilization of equipment and human resources.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform CT scans and take radiographs according to established standards and practices.
  • Monitor technical clerical functions, including patient load and equipment utilization.
  • Exercise professional judgment in performance of services and maintain a demeanor complementary of medical ethics.
  • Ensure patient safety, health, and welfare come first.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an educational program in radiology accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) or an American Medical Association approved program in Radiologic Technology.
  • Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist by the Texas Medical Board.
  • Registered Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT (R)), and post-primary certification in Computed Tomography with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT (CT)) within 6 months of hire.
