Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver III to join our team at CEVA Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely transporting cargo to and from specified destinations over intercity routes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy and tractor-trailer trucks to transport cargo in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all safety rules and DOT regulations.
  • Load and unload freight using proper equipment and securing for transit when necessary.
  • Coordinate pick-up and deliveries for domestic loads, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of cargo.
  • Comply with all applicable State, Federal, and DOT Regulations, as well as CEVA policies.
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and complete required paperwork, recording defects or problems found.
Requirements
  • Minimum five years of industry driving experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid state-issued Class C Driver's License, with hazardous materials endorsement.
  • Acceptable driving record, as defined by DOT regulations and Company policy.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
