Job Summary:
Guidehouse is seeking a Patient Account Representative to join our team. As a Patient Account Representative, you will be responsible for resolving account balances and communicating with patients and insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve account balances and communicate with patients and insurance companies
- Follow client policies and procedures
- Perform heavy outbound calling and account review
- Provide customer service and account updates
- Process medical billing and appeals & denials
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year experience working in customer service or healthcare setting
- Strong customer service skills and PC skills in a Windows environment
