We are seeking a skilled Child and Family Therapist to join our team at Balance Point Wellness LLC. As a licensed therapist, you will provide mental health therapy to children and adolescents in Baltimore County schools.

Job Summary

This is a full-time salaried position with the opportunity to earn up to $90,000 per year. The successful candidate will have experience working with children and families, and will be comfortable managing a caseload of clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing therapy sessions to assigned clients
  • Complete psychosocial assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans as needed
  • Document client interactions and progress using a cloud-based EHR
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
  • Licensure in Maryland to practice as a therapist
  • Experience working with children and families in a community setting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
