Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and monitor patients in an ICU setting, providing direct care and making decisions regarding patient care plans.
  • Document and report patient information to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Implement and evaluate patient care plans, adjusting as necessary to meet individual patient needs.
  • Provide education and support to patient families, helping them understand their loved one's condition and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an ICU setting, preferably in a travel nursing capacity.
  • BLS certification and any additional certifications required by the facility.
