Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Lionakis. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of strategic initiatives, client action plans, and interview strategies and materials.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint. Intermediate knowledge of Adobe InDesign is also a plus.

Responsibilities will include collaborating with the Marketing Manager and other team members to execute daily marketing activities, managing the development of project pursuit proposals, interview presentations, and other marketing collateral, and coordinating marketing and communications efforts.

We offer a competitive salary range of $58,000 - $82,700 annually, depending on experience and location. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about marketing, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and other team members to execute daily marketing activities
  • Manage the development of project pursuit proposals, interview presentations, and other marketing collateral

  • Support the development of strategic initiatives, client action plans, and interview strategies and materials
  • Ensure that marketing materials and key metrics are accurate and updated

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or commensurate experience
  • 2-5 years experience in marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint
  • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe InDesign
