We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at ALL Crane Rental of Louisiana, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating complex heavy lift equipment, ensuring the efficient execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities- Equipment Operation: Safely operate heavy lift equipment, including cranes, to lift and move heavy loads.
- Pre-Job Planning: Review lift plans, load charts, and other documentation to ensure a safe and successful operation.
- Site Safety: Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Documentation: Accurately record and document all operations, including equipment usage and any issues encountered.
- Certifications: Possess an active certificate from an accredited crane operator testing organization, meeting OSHA criteria.
- CDL: Hold a valid Class A or Class B CDL with an acceptable driving record.
- Experience: Previous experience in crane set-up and tear-down is highly desirable.
- Initiative: Demonstrate strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Safety: Possess a strong commitment to safety, with the ability to work safely around moving machinery.
