Key Responsibilities:- Develop new courses using instructional design techniques and collaborate with faculty and subject matter experts to ensure timely delivery and quality.

- Maintain regular and frequent communications with development stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation and take appropriate actions to identify, investigate, and resolve issues as quickly as possible.
- Master's degree in curriculum or instructional design, preferably with a minimum of 2 years of curriculum development or instructional design experience.
- Knowledge of learning theories, instructional design models, and methodologies, as well as the ability to facilitate-to-consensus and work collaboratively in a service-oriented environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, presentation design and delivery, and data collection and analysis skills, with the ability to organize and independently manage various projects simultaneously.
- Results-oriented, with thorough analytical skills to conduct analysis and develop recommendations, demonstrating organization and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to clearly articulate problems and/or issues and research resolutions prior to management escalation, with thorough knowledge of project management methods and procedures.
- Computer skills, including excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn additional software as needed, as well as writing and communication skills, including excellent knowledge of grammar and command of the English language.
