We are seeking a highly skilled Arborist Climber to join our team. This role involves working outdoors in a professional and safe environment, performing tree climbing and assisting crew leaders in delivering top-notch tree and shrub care services on residential and commercial properties.

Compensation: The salary for this position is estimated to be between $24.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments as directed by the Arborist Crew Leader.
  • Safely perform all aspects of arboriculture, including tree identification, risk assessments, pruning, removals, cabling and bracing, root collar excavations, and maintaining and operating tools and equipment.
  • Learn, understand, and adhere to all safety rules and company safety policies.

Requirements

  • A passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors.
  • At least one year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift operation experience in the tree care industry.
  • A valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred).
  • The ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
