We are seeking compassionate individuals to fill full-time or part-time roles as Behavioral Health Aides (BHT-ABA) within SPIN's Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS-ABA). In this position, you will engage in one-on-one support for children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, collaborating closely with a Behavior Consultant/BCBA to implement evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mitigate challenging behaviors while promoting alternative skills
  • Enhance functional communication and social interactions
  • Encourage involvement in family, community, and educational settings
  • Report on progress and evolving needs
  • Execute skill development programs and interventions
  • Maintain accurate data and clinical documentation

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related discipline preferred
  • Experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder is essential
  • Familiarity with applied behavior analysis is advantageous
  • Strong organizational capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Covid-19 Vaccination is required
