Physician - Family Medicine Specialist - Big Rapids, MI

Corewell Health is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team at our Big Rapids Care Center. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic outpatient setting.
Practice Details:
- Flexible, four-day work week
- Team-based care with Urgent Care, Lab, X-ray, Behavioral Health, Pharmacists, Care Managers, and medical assistants

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- BE/BC Family/Internal Medicine
- LIC-Physician (MD) or LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) in the State of Michigan
- CRT-DEA Registration in the State of Michigan
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) or CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) if required by specialty or stress test performed
