About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic professional to join our team at Horizon Dynamics as a Social Pedagogue or Psychologist. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading counseling processes with children and adolescents affected by sexual violence, as well as providing support to caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement crisis support programs for children, adolescents, and young adults
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including daycare centers, schools, school social work, the youth welfare office, medical facilities, and law enforcement agencies
  • Design and conduct educational workshops, prevention events, and information sessions
  • Represent the specialist office in professional working groups and committees

Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as social pedagogy/social work/psychology or a comparable qualification
  • Further education and experience in child protection or working with children and adolescents who have experienced sexual violence
  • An empathetic and open-minded professional attitude
