Trinity Health Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical/Otho & Neuro Unit team. As a Registered Nurse on this unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing high-quality care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the physician.
- Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Connecticut.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an acute inpatient setting.
- BLS or CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays.
