Position Overview:
SBM Management is in search of a dedicated Floor Technician who possesses the skills to maintain immaculate flooring. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients enjoy a pristine and organized commercial or office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform vacuuming and mopping
- Execute bonneting and extraction (wet/dry)
- Strip and wax floors
- Conduct carpet spot removal
- Safely transport equipment, tools, and supplies
- Move furniture before and after cleaning
- Communicate effectively regarding changes, progress, or issues encountered
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the janitorial sector is required, with a preference for candidates skilled in floor and carpet care
- Successful completion of a drug test is mandatory
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is preferred
- Candidates must pass background checks, pre-employment drug screening, and E-Verify processes
Work Schedule:
- Wednesday and Sunday, 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM
Compensation:
- $16.50 per hour
