We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Rogers Behavioral Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Implement patient care plans and assess patients' physical and mental health needs.
- Collaborate with Psychiatrists, Therapists, Dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure their needs are met.
- Administer medication and provide education to patients and their families.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Registered nurse licensed by State Board of Nursing in the state of employment.
- American Health Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification or is required within thirty (30) days of date-of-hire.
- Formal training in management of the aggressive patient is required within sixty (60) days of date-of-hire.
- Previous psychiatric experience with children, adolescents, and adults is preferred.
