Hospitality Ambassador

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Wine Educator/Bartender to join our team at Vintner's Table. As a Wine Educator/Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert knowledge on wine and beverages.

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing personalized service and making recommendations.
• Take food and drink orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders, taking into account any special requests or allergies.
• Work well under pressure and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

• A positive attitude and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Prior experience in customer service and hospitality is highly desirable.

• Estimated annual salary: $45,000 - $60,000 based on location and experience.
