Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide, mentor, and collaborate with fellow educators to provide tailored instruction in a group setting
  • Evaluate student learning progress and engagement during sessions
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student achievements
  • Deliver instruction both in-center and online utilizing the Mathnasium Method and its associated practices
  • Become adept with digital educational tools and resources

Qualifications:
  • A genuine passion for mathematics and student engagement
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A willingness to learn and adapt
  • Exceptional mathematical skills, with proficiency at least through pre-calculus
  • The ability to balance leadership and instructional duties

As part of our hiring process, candidates will be required to complete a math literacy assessment to demonstrate their proficiency.
