About the Role:

Sapphire Enterprises is seeking a skilled and creative Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning flower and plant arrangements that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create flower and plant arrangements for our retail store.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming experience for all customers.
• Operate cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive team culture.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of a floristry training program or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
