Job Summary

Medline Industries is seeking a skilled Assembly Line Technician to join our team. As an Assembly Line Technician, you will be responsible for performing repetitive line assembly operations to mass-produce component trays with surgical/medical products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble components in a specified relationship to each other.
  • Count components for accuracy and ensure quality control.
  • Wrap component trays with linen, table cover, and CSR wrap.
  • Work on a line where tasks vary as different models of the same article move along the line.
  • Maintain clean production areas and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Ability to read and understand written information in English.
  • Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods, up to 8 hours per day, 6 days a week.
  • Repetitive hand movement and lifting of weights up to 25 pounds.
  • Working in a closed-sterile environment.
  • Ability to work daily overtime (2-3 hours) on a regular basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous production or manufacturing experience.
