Computed Tomography Technologist

Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team in Opa Locka, Florida.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in our diagnostic imaging department. As a Computed Tomography Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

• Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
• Prepare patients for CT scans, including positioning and instructing them on how to hold their breath
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
• Maintain accurate records of patient information and scan results
• Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques

• Registered as a Technologist (RT) by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) as required by state law
• Registered in computed tomography (CT) by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) within 1 year of hire
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
• One year of radiology technologist experience is preferred
