About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team at Golden Steps ABA. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy services to children with Autism.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism, implementing behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans.
  • Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations, and parent training as needed.
  • Maintain open and direct communication with the BCBA and other RBT team members regarding the delivery of treatment to our pediatric patients.
  • Receive Supervision from your BCBA at a minimum of 10% of services provided.
  • Enter data and all trials utilized daily for each pediatric patient for all programs targeted.
  • Remain available for all supervision sessions, phone conferences, and team meetings required by the BCBA.
Requirements
  • 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to have a background check.
  • Must have a reliable car and driver's license for commuting to and from the clinic.
  • Must possess a High School Degree.
