Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist

Job Summary:

The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist will work directly with individuals experiencing mental health challenges to develop and enhance their skills for independent living. This role requires a strong understanding of psychiatric rehabilitation principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with functional disabilities resulting from mental illness to achieve stability, social competencies, and independent living skills
- Collaborate with clients to set and achieve goals
- Provide education and support on mental health recovery
- Develop and maintain relationships with community resources
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Certification as a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) within two years
- Valid driver's license

Salary and Benefits:
