We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality, one-to-one care to pediatric patients in the Greensburg area. Our private duty nurses work closely with patients and their families to create personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and goals.

Requirements for the Role

  • 6 months of experience as a practicing RN
  • Active nursing license and current CPR certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Essential Job Functions

  • Deliver high-quality patient care in compliance with physician orders
  • Continuously observe and assess patient condition and care needs
  • Document all activities, assessments, and nursing actions in a timely manner
  • Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans
  • Recognize changes in patient needs and responses requiring intervention
