Rippling is a company that streamlines workforce systems for businesses. We are looking for a Financial Planning Manager to join our Corporate Finance team in either San Francisco or New York. This role will work closely with the Head of Corporate Finance to enhance financial planning and reporting processes.

This position will involve driving improved financial planning and reporting by utilizing our financial planning system, Anaplan. You will also synthesize key financial and business insights for Finance leadership and employees. The ideal candidate has relevant experience in Corporate Finance / FP&A at another technology company.

The salary for this position is approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of finance experience, a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, and strong oral and written communication skills.
