A Senior Retail Stocking Associate is a key member of our retail team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about retail and have a desire to develop their leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a great experience for our customers by offering assistance and answering questions.
  • Handle various sales transactions and maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
  • Encourage customers to participate in company programs and promote our products.
  • Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Preferred: 1 year experience in retail or customer service.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
  • Open availability with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
  • Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
