Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Doctors Community Rehab & Patient Care Center in Lanham, MD. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland.
  • One to three years of experience in a related setting, preferably in a rehabilitation or long-term care environment.
  • CPR certification and ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
