Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Host or Hostess to provide exceptional guest service and create a warm and inviting atmosphere at Fixins Soul Kitchen. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing wait times, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and courteous manner
• Manage wait times and communicate with guests regarding wait periods
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding menu items, specials, and restaurant policies
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the host stand and surrounding areas
• Collaborate with servers and other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient service

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience hosting in an upscale restaurant setting
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and exceed guest expectations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Impeccable appearance and demeanor, reflecting the standards of an upscale dining establishment
• Proficient in upscale dining etiquette and service protocols
