Job Summary:

The United States Postal Service is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Mail Processing Specialist. As a Mail Processing Specialist, you will play a critical role in the processing and sorting of mail, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sort and process mail, packages, and other postal materials
* Operate various types of mail processing equipment, including sorting machines and conveyor belts
* Maintain accurate records and reports of mail processing activities
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient mail processing operations

Requirements:

* Must be 18 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for long periods of time
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
