JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
Perform tasks involving the skills of various maintenance or craft occupations to ensure that machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of an establishment remain in optimal condition.
Essential Functions
Conduct routine preventive maintenance to guarantee that machines operate smoothly, building systems function efficiently, and the physical condition of facilities is preserved.
Diagnose mechanical issues and determine corrective actions, consulting blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary.
Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, plumbing systems, machinery, or equipment.
Adjust functional components of devices or control instruments using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, or straightedges.
Repair or replace defective parts of equipment using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble machinery.
Assist in negotiating costs for build-outs and additional projects.

Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time role. Workdays and hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. These days/hours may vary based on workload.
