We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Pulmonary-Medical Surgical Unit team at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.
About the Role:This is a full-time position with a 36-hour workweek, including a weekend rotation. As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to patients with pulmonary and medical surgical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Current PA RN License or Practice Permit
- BLS certification required, must be completed prior to the end of orientation period
