Position Overview:
  • Maintain and repair machinery and mechanical systems used in food production
  • Conduct routine preventative maintenance on industrial equipment
  • Diagnose and fix issues with equipment components
  • Perform calibration and upkeep of control panels
  • Certification in Electrical or Mechanical fields is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute electrical and mechanical diagnostics and repairs
  • Install and service electrical systems, including PLCs and control mechanisms
  • Carry out preventative maintenance to maximize equipment efficiency
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow maintenance staff
  • Keep precise maintenance documentation
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in the food sector as a Maintenance Mechanic, Technician, or Electrician
  • Proficient in electrical troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with PLCs and control systems
  • Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams
  • Knowledge of food production machinery and operations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Capability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Flexibility to work varied hours and overtime as needed
