The LPN Clinic Operations Manager will undertake both administrative and strategic roles, overseeing the daily functions of the clinic.

We recognize that our success is directly linked to the well-being of our staff, starting with the selection of the right clinic operations manager.


Key Objectives:
Plan, direct, and coordinate health services and personnel within a PRIME clinic. Ensure clinic operations comply with PRIME's policies and local, state, and national regulations. Provide guidance and interpretation for clinic operations. Recruit, mentor, and instruct staff on proper procedures to ensure seamless operations.

Core Responsibilities:


Oversee the daily operations of the clinic. Manage financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, expenditures, service rates, and financial reporting. Responsible for the recruitment, hiring, training, and evaluation of staff. Ensure the clinic is adequately staffed and implement a work schedule that accommodates on-call duties, callouts, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Collaborate effectively with the Medical Director and healthcare providers to deliver optimal care and services to our clients. Perform nursing duties as required. Travel may be necessary. Overtime and holiday work may be required. Reliable transportation is essential. Additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Licensed Practical Nurse with three to five years of administrative or management experience in a medical clinic or department. Proven experience in staff supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong ethics and cultural sensitivity. Strong problem-solving skills and comprehensive knowledge of clinic procedures and policies.


Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Advanced understanding of occupational medicine within a clinical environment. Resourceful mindset with a keen attention to detail. Familiarity with local, state, and national employment laws and regulations.


Physical Demands:

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects weighing up to 75 pounds. Repetitive motions and extensive use of computers and keyboards are required. Substantial movements of the wrists, hands, and fingers are necessary.

Close visual acuity is required for tasks such as preparing and analyzing data, transcribing, viewing computer screens, and extensive reading. Work is conducted in an office setting, necessitating the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Must be capable of lifting and carrying parcels, packages, and other items, walking short distances, and driving a vehicle for material delivery and pickup.


Mental Requirements:
Ability to learn new tasks, retain processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, and make timely decisions within a workflow context. Effective communication with employees and visitors is essential, as is the ability to complete tasks under productivity quotas.
